Cuba Libre’s sweet creations are handmade and intricately designed by our in-house pastry chef using the freshest and highest quality confections.

For a truly Cuban experience, try our tiny cups of cafe Cubano, a social and culinary tradition. In palm-shaded Cuban plazas and outdoor cafes, Cuban coffee and cafe con leche are taken as seriously as work and the weather. Cuba Libre's extensive coffee menu is produced in full view at the barista station.

Tres Leches de Banana

Vanilla sponge cake soaked in three banana flavored milks. Chocolate banana mousse and caramelized banana.

Torta Mentirita

Our interpretation of "Rum and Coke". Cuba Libre 15 Year 15 Year Rum-soaked cake. Lime sorbet and Coca Cola sauce. Rum cake flavor changes daily, ask your server.

Torta de Chocolate y Dulce de Leche

Fallen chocolate souffle tart layered with dulce de leche. Served with dulce de leche ice cream, chocolate-orange sauce and blueberry compote.

Bayas

Fresh seasonal berries, Cuba Libre 5 Year Rum whipped cream.

Tocino del Cielo

A traditional Cuban flan, salad of seasonal berries.

Arroz con Leche

Mami Totty's recipe for classic Cuban rice pudding. Alfajor de membrillo.
