Earlier this year, Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot traveled to Honduras, connecting with local chefs, culinary students and farmers as part of Feed the Future, the U.S. Government's Global Hunger and Food Security Initiative. His blog was published on the Feed the Future website. Check it out!
