This year, we've also added some brand new items to our menu as a sneak peek of what's to come this spring at Cuba Libre:
- For the first course, try one of our signature tapas items, or indulge in our new Croquetas de Pollo, Abuela’s creamy roasted chicken croquettes. Roasted Cachucha pepper allioli.
- Entrees include favorites like Ropa Vieja and Citrus-Grilled Brick Chicken, as well as a new item, the Pargo a La Plancha - olive oil griddle Florida red snapper fillet. Coconut-basmati rice and candied cashews. Tamarind-lemongrass sauce
