We've just introduced a BRAND NEW MENU at Cuba Libre!

Two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot has just added fourteen tempting new dishes to Cuba Libre's summer menu, including impressive platters for two, classic and contemporary Cuban tapas, incredible new steaks, seafood and Cuban clásicos, and hand-crafted cocktails.

 

Cuba Libre in Old City (just off 2nd & Market Sts.,) has added fourteen (14!!) new items to its dinner menu, a bunch of new weekend brunch items and an exciting Eat-A-Frita DIY burger option on its weekday lunch menu.

 

Chef Pernot is thrilled to debut stand-out dinner items, among many others, such as:

  • Crab Guacamole: Blue crabmeat, avocado, grilled golden pineapple, roasted jalapeños, fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil. Crisp plantain chips
  • Ceviche de Pescado: Hamachi-Yellowtail, organic grape tomato salad, leche de tigre and Thai basil vinaigrette
  • Puerco Cha Cha Cha: Three pork favorites in one jumbo cut: bone-in loin chop with meaty rib and crisp pork belly. "Boniato Bravas” and charred herb salsa. Chipotle allioli
  • Crispy Pork Pata for Two:  48-hour slow-cooked Berkshire pork shank. Grilled seasonal vegetables and Moros y Cristianos. Citrus pan reduction (Limited quantity available)


The new EAT-A-FRITA lunch features a build-your-own burger + Cuban milkshake, where guests can select from one of five burger patties, choose as many toppings as they please, and pair their order with a Batido, or tropical milkshake made with fresh fruit, whole milk and Franklin Fountain ice cream.

 

The Cuban restaurant's signature Unlimited Tapas Brunch menu now features fantástico items like the Brunch Paella, Tabla de Trucha, Pollo y Waffle and a Banana Quinoa Waffle, among many other new dishes. Brunch is available as All-You-Can-Eat ($28) or can be ordered a la carte.
