Join us January 30 - February 10, 2017 (sí, we've extended our specials for an additional week!) for lunch ($22), dinner ($35) or weekend brunch ($22) and enjoy our specially-created 3-course menus by Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot and Executive Chef Angel Roque.
This year, we've also added some brand new items to our menus as a sneak peek of what's to come this spring at Cuba Libre:
- For the first course, try one of our signature tapas items, or indulge in our new Croquetas de Pollo, Abuela’s creamy roasted chicken croquettes. Roasted Cachucha pepper allioli.
- Entrees include favorites like Lechón Asado and Arroz con Pollo, as well as a new item, the Pargo a La Plancha - olive oil griddle Florida red snapper fillet. Coconut-basmati rice and candied cashews. Tamarind-lemongrass sauce
