On Saturday, September 30 from 4 to 11 p.m., Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar in Penn Quarter (9th & H, NW) will offer its special chef's tasting menu, the 15 Tastes of Cuba, for $42.95, with 20% from every tasting menu* sold donated to United for Puerto Rico.

The 15 Tastes of Cuba features fifteen different Cuban dishes, created by James Beard Award-winning Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot. Guests can begin with Cuba Libre's classic pressed Cuban bread with mango butter before indulging in five different tapas items, perfectly-portioned plates of three classic Cuban entrees, two side dishes, and both Tres Leches and Cuban Flan for dessert.

Make a night of it and stay for salsa dancing after dinner - the nightlife team has planned an incredible fiesta for Saturday night, including a raffle, with all proceeds donated to hurricane relief efforts, where you can win tickets to the upcoming Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias concert. .
Cuba Libre is also accepting donations of emergency supplies such as bottled water, canned food, dry foods, garbage bags, towels, dish soap, and first-aid kits, among many others. Please feel free to bring these items on Friday to donate!
