Cuba Libre Pomegranate Mojito

Cuba Libre Pomegranate Mojito

1 ¼ oz Cuba Libre Spiced rum(or Redrum)
1 ¼ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
2 ½ oz guarapo (fresh pressed sugar cane juice)
4 sprigs fresh mint
¼ oz pomegranate juice
splash of soda water

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except soda in cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously. Pour into tall glass and top with soda water.

Cuba Libre Mojito

Cuba Libre Mojito:

1 ¼ oz. Cuba Libre Brand Premium White Rum
2 ½ oz guarapo (pressed sugar cane juice) or simple syrup
1 ¼ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
6 torn fresh hierba Buena leaves (mint)

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake well and pour into a tall glass
Top with a splash of club soda
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve a straw.
