Come out to our Job Festival May 25-27, from 12-7 p.m. each day, to meet our fun, upbeat, and diverse team, get a feel for our culture, and see how much fun you’ll have being part of the Cuba Libre Orlando family. In authentic Cuba Libre style, our Job Festival will feature live entertainment, light bites and refreshments throughout the day. You’re welcome to bring your children to avoid the expense of childcare. Parking will be free for those who complete an application and initial interview.

If you’re looking to travel - we have additional Cuba Libre locations in Atlantic City, NJ, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Philadelphia, PA, and Washington, DC. Eligible employees will have the option to transfer to our other restaurant locations, high-performing employees may have the opportunity to travel to be company trainers; and our “Employee Passport Program” allows you to pick up shifts at other Cuba Libre locations to subsidize personal travel to those cities.
Additional employee perks include: Full-time employees are offered healthcare benefits and PTO.
