Cuba Libre Orlando’s Executive Chef Angel Roque has released the 3-course dinner menu for $37, featuring classic and contemporary modern dishes like our Mama Amelia’s Empanadas, Tuna Ceviche, Ropa Vieja and Vegetariana Paella.
