Cuba Libre Cafe & Bar of Tampa, Florida, which opened in May 2025 and permanently closed in July 2025, was never a part of our restaurant group. It was infringing upon Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar’s registered trademark and was compelled to change names or close.
