Cuba Libre in Penn Quarter, Washington DC (9th & H Streets, NW) has added fourteen (14!!) new items to its dinner menu, a bunch of new weekend brunch items and exciting new salads and entrees on its weekday lunch menu.

The new lunch menu features the new Pollo Frito "Chicharrones" Salad: Crisp, fried boneless chicken, Napa cabbage, romaine lettuce, organic grape tomatoes, red onion and homemade Persian pickles. Goat cheese ranch dressing. Cuba Libre has also added several new items to its well-known, 3-course Rápido Lunch, with chicken, seafood and vegetarian options available.
The Cuban restaurant's signature Unlimited Tapas Brunch menu now features fantástico items like the Brunch Paella, Tabla de Trucha, Pollo y Waffle and a Banana Quinoa Waffle, among many other new dishes. Brunch is available as All-You-Can-Eat ($29) or can be ordered a la carte.
