Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar at Tropicana Atlantic City will celebrate National Empanada Day on Sunday, April 8 by offering ALL empanadas for just $1 (!!!) from 5 to 7 p.m. at the bar during the restaurant's annual Dollar Empanada Happy Hour!

The signature empanadas, made with a variety of fillings, can be paired with Cuba LIbre's many Happy Hour drink specials, including $5 cocktails, and $4 housemade sangria, $4 wine, and $3.5 beer. 

Guests can choose from the following $1 empanadas on Sunday, April 8 (dine-in only!): 

• Del Campo: Pulled pork, roasted poblano, charred tomatoes
• Picadillo: Cienfuegos-style ground beef, potatoes, Manzanilla olives and raisins
• De la Casa: Hand-chopped chicken, corn, Jack cheese

Note: Happy Hour tapas specials are only available Monday-Friday and will not be offered on Sunday, April 8. The full Happy Hour drinks menu will be available!
