Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar in Tropicana Atlantic City will be offering a special three-course prix fixe menu for $29.95, featuring an appetizer, entree and dessert, from 4-11 p.m. on Friday, September 29 to raise critical funds for the victims of Hurricane Maria. Twenty-percent (20%) from each special menu sold* will go to support relief efforts in Puerto Rico.

The three-course menu, created by James Beard Award-winning Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot and Executive Chef Kevin Couch features:

• Appetizers including Cuba Libre's signature Mamá Amelia's Empanadas, Shrimp Cóctel, Malanga Fritters, Coconut Crab Fritters and Black Bean Soup
• Guests can select an entree from authentic Cuban items like Ropa Vieja, Grilled Vegetable Paella, Arroz on Pollo, or the brand new Pargo a la Plancha or Vacio Steak Argentino (prepared on the new wood-burning grill). 
• Dessert is served tapas-style, with smaller portions for each guest of both the Tres Leches and Cuban Flan.

Make a night of it and stay for salsa dancing after dinner - the nightlife team has planned an incredible fiesta for Friday night, including a raffle, with all proceeds donated to hurricane relief efforts, where you can win tickets to the upcoming Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias concert. . 

Cuba Libre is also accepting donations of emergency supplies such as bottled water, canned food, dry foods, garbage bags, towels, dish soap, and first-aid kits, among many others. Please feel free to bring these items on Friday to donate!
