Until Oct. 31, we're celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with our new Esperanza (Hope) Sparkling Mojito featuring Havana Club Rum. This special limited-time mojito was crafted by Cuban-born and Miami-bred master mixologist and U.S. Ambassador for Bacardi’s Havana Club brand rum Giovanny Gutierrez. Our limited-time mojito offering and our Cuban-inspired mural titled “Esperanza” by Artist Erni Vales were inspired by the recent uprising in Cuba and represent a renewed hope for the Cuban people. To continue our support of the Cuban people, through Oct. 31, $1 from each Esperanza Sparkling Mojito purchased at any Cuba Libre location will be donated to Cuba Decide, a citizen driven non-profit organization tirelessly advocating for change in Cuba’s political system. When you dine with us, you'll also have the opportunity to make a donation to Cuba Decide, or have us make a $1 donation on your behalf with your purchase of an Esperanza Sparkling Mojito.
On Sept. 24, our famous nightlife and entertainment program will launch at Cuba Libre on Las Olas! Dinner guests who join us on Friday and Saturday nights will see our professional salsa dancers take to the floor for tableside performances beginning at 9 p.m. to lead the gradual transition from dinner service to the opening of our full dance floor at 11 p.m. After 11 p.m., nightlife guests will enjoy dancing to well-known DJs spinning Latin dance music, a dazzling light show, special effects and live specialty acts till 3 a.m. Find more info about nightlife here.
Through the end of October, we're also featuring our special Esperanza prix-fixe menu. At Cuba Libre Fort Lauderdale, you can enjoy a three-course meal at a set price of $39, which includes options of traditional dishes from our regular dinner menu, as well as a limited-time reintroduction of a pre-COVID favorite and classic Cuban entrée - Vaca Frita. This popular dish consists of braised, shredded and seared brisket, roasted onions, and a citrus-garlic mojo with white rice and Cuban black beans.
