Memorial Sunday Pig Roast | 5/29 | 4-10 p.m.
On Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot will be outside cooking, in coal-fired Caja China roasting boxes, two 48-hour mojo-marinated pigs. He’ll be cooking this traditional Cuban dinner streetside on Las Olas Blvd in front of the restaurant throughout the day. Starting at 4 p.m., he’ll serve the super flavorful, tender, juicy pork on pig-shaped terracotta tabletop grills accompanied by steamed yuca with onion, garlic and chicharrones mojo, white rice and black beans for $29.75/person (2 person minimum).
