Make your pig roast reservation
You’re in for a smokey and delicious treat as Cuba Libre’s Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot and Executive Chefs Angel Roque (Cuba Libre ORL) and Anibal Suarez (Cuba Libre FTL) team up to bring you this festive holiday cookout! Cuba Libre’s chef trio will be cooking simultaneously two, 48-hour, mojo-marinated whole pigs in traditional coal-fired Caja China roasting boxes. Throughout the day, you can experience this streetside pig roast extravaganza right in front of the restaurant, on Las Olas Blvd!
After cooking the pork all day to perfect tenderness, the chefs will serve the traditional Cuban dinner to guests on our NEW pig-shaped terracotta tabletop charcoal grills beginning at 4 p.m. Each meal will come with sides of steamed yuca with onion, garlic and chicharrones mojo, white rice, and black beans for $29.75 per person (minimum two people). Our full dinner menu will also be available.
